Return Policy – 30-Day Trial

We want you to enjoy your sofa with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day home trial.

30 days to try your sofa

From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to try your sofa at home. We want to make sure it’s exactly what you were looking for.

If during this period you decide that it’s not the right sofa for you, you may request a return.

How to request a return

To start the process, please request a return.

Pickup and refund

Once the return has been approved, the transport company will contact you to schedule the collection. After receiving the product at our warehouse and verifying its condition, we will process the refund using the original payment method (5–7 business days).

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Legal coverage

All our products are covered by the legal 5-year warranty (since April 1, 2022), which covers manufacturing defects.

What is and isn’t covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper or non-domestic use

  • Cleaning with non-recommended products

  • Storage in unsuitable conditions

  • Damage caused by water, humidity, fire, or improper transportation

  • Stains or damage caused by misuse

To process a warranty claim, we will need:

  • Invoice or proof of purchase

  • At least two photos of the defect

A product is considered compliant if it:

  • Matches the description on the website

  • Is suitable for the usual use of the product

  • Meets a specific use previously agreed with us


FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, power outages, etc.).

If the situation lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the purchase.
